“I’ve fallen in love” a phrase as popular as love itself. Why does one “fall” in love? Love, in all its vast forms (towards people, animals, activities, etc), will elevate you. It should not only bring out the best in you, but make you strive to be better than who you thought you were and what you thought you were capable of doing.

Love is not destructive. Love is a state of perfection. We must use it as a means to rise and construct the best version of ourselves. Love. ❤️

Ever lasting garden

It’s always nice to get flowers (I’m a sucker for flowers!) but after a few days the flowers fade away. What’s better is to nourish your own garden.

The garden is like our life. Instead of waiting for someone else to bring happiness into your life take action and plant the seed of happiness within yourself. Nourish it with love, good food, exercise and water. Soon, flowers will blossom and they will continue to blossom as long as you provide a good environment for it to grow.

Coincidence?

I love Paulo Coelho, and couldn’t agree more with this beautiful quote. I don’t believe in “chance” encounters – I believe our souls have met lifetimes before. The physical body is finite – a beginning and an end, the souls are infinite.
I believe the people we come across in this physical state (either for the better or the worse) are souls we have had experiences with before.

This quotes ties in well with Interstellar, “love is the one thing that transcends time and space”. Love (and perhaps anger and resentment) can transcend the finite, physical realm and guide us towards who we will encounter tomorrow…💕

Interstellar – Infinite Dimensions of Excellence

Wow. I never thought I would do a movie review but this movie was like no other! Chris Nolan beautifully combined science and love to create a master piece.

As humans we create our own dimensions, limitations and barriers. The reality is that this existence is infinite and love, similar to gravity, is the uniting factor which can bring people and galaxies together and transcends the dimension of time. In the finite world we have created for ourselves Love is infinite and all prevailing.

Limitless love for this movie! ❤️

Be Selfish

Be selfish like a banker. Everything comes down to energy and frequencies. If there are people who are bringing negative energy into your life you need  to value your self worth and distance yourself. Being “selfish” isn’t a bad thing. It shows that you value and appreciate yourself.

So, here’s to having a positive energy field. An abundance of positivity and love. Continually deposit into your bank account. Generously give to other people’s accounts. Let others add to your account, but don’t let anyone take away from your savings! 🙋💓💰

I absolutely love this quote. Anais Nin speaks to my soul. I don’t care for shallow, superficial encounters and objects. I value depth and substance, something which goes beyond the realm of everyday ‘being’. I want more. Not in the quantitative sense, but in the qualitative.
I only want to be immersed in the deep sea of bliss and spirituality – I don’t care to suffocate in the dry, shallow waters of superficial encounters. I chose to be a mermaid engulfed by the deep seas. 🌊
